How long is a Roadworthy Certificate valid in Victoria?
A Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) is valid for 30 days from the date it’s issued. If it expires before your sale or registration transfer is completed, a new inspection will be required.
What happens if my car fails the roadworthy inspection?

Is a Roadworthy Certificate the same as a pre-purchase inspection?
